Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.
• Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team-oriented production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hardware, connectors, and components to spec.
• Operate assembly equipment and fixtures to fabricate components.
• Perform soldering, finishing, cleaning, packaging, and rework.
• Measure and record product data as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet production targets.
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS 9100 procedures and work instructions.
• Assist training and onboarding of new employees.
