Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing assembler to join our production team. The role involves hand soldering, assembling cable components, and preparing fixtures for assembly while following blueprints and work orders.

You will work under supervision, learn company procedures, and contribute to Eddy Current and Ultrasonic sensor assembly processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire all established health and safety rules.
• Learn company policies and procedures to complete tasks and adhere to production plans.
• Adhere to policy to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work on routine assignments with limited judgment.
• Receive detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Champion Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Ensure time and attendance per policy and schedule.
• Complete work orders on schedule to maintain flow and efficiency.
• Sit for extended periods.
• Work under a microscope.
• Perform hand soldering.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and work orders; follow directions.
• Prepare components and fixtures for assembly.
• Perform bonding processes.
• Fabricate cable assemblies.
• Perform routine hands-on assembly tasks for Eddy Current probes, Ultrasonic transducers, or BondMaster sensors.
• Demonstrate understanding of Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, or BondMaster inspection methods and their application.
