Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an assembly technician to perform a wide range of production tasks for electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies. You will follow diagrams, perform wiring, hand soldering, harnessing and testing while meeting GMP and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Reading engineering drawings and blueprints to verify dimensions.
  • Quality control checks per specifications and procedures.
  • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement participation.
  • Team collaboration to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Troubleshooting and solving assembly/process issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble instruments and sub-assemblies in a production area.
  • Integrate sub-assemblies into final instruments across multiple lines.
  • Record device history, serial numbers, and tools used.
  • Perform basic component testing on pre-assemblies and modules.
  • Identify defects and suggest design/process improvements.
  • Read drawings and work instructions to ensure workmanship standards.
  • Provide training to associates on basic testing and procedures.
  • Conduct routine troubleshooting and determine next steps.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and client safety/quality policies.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning and Purchasing as needed.
