Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing assembler to join our production team. The role involves hand soldering, assembling cable components, and preparing fixtures for assembly while following blueprints and work orders.

You will work under supervision, learn company procedures, and contribute to Eddy Current and Ultrasonic sensor assembly processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire all established health and safety rules.

• Work on routine assignments with limited judgment.

• Demonstrate understanding of Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, or BondMaster inspection methods and their application.

• Shift: Mon - Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM [Lunch: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM]

Responsibilities:

• Acquire all established health and safety rules.
• Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adhere to the production plan schedule while producing high-quality products to standards.
• Adhere to policy and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.

• Act as a champion of the company's Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Ensure time and attendance are in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work area schedule.
