Job summary

Candidates should read engineering drawings, have electronics/SMT experience, and soldering is a plus. Strong attention to detail is required. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm; temp-to-hire with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with Electronics or SMT required.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of basic electronics concepts and terminology is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical equipment and parts according to schematics and assembly instructions.
• Verify issued part numbers match specifications.
• Maintain production area integrity, cleanliness, and organization according to standards.
