Job summary

Openwork in Friendswood, TX is seeking an experienced Assembler with electronics familiarity to join our team. The role involves assembling electrical equipment according to schematics, verifying part numbers, and keeping the production area clean and organized.

Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm, temp-to-hire. Qualifications include reading engineering drawings, SMT/electronics experience, soldering skills preferred, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with Electronics or SMT.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity for small components.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of basic electronics concepts is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.


• Experience with Electronics or SMT required.


• Soldering experience preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components and performing precision tasks.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• Understanding of basic electronics concepts and terminology is a plus.


• Ability to work with small parts.


• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
