Job summary

This position is temp-to-hire, requiring attention to detail, the ability to read engineering drawings, and teamwork to meet production goals. Soldering experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a long-standing staffing

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with electronics or SMT is required.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble electrical equipment and parts according to schematics and assembly instructions.
• Verify issued part numbers match specifications.
• Maintain production area integrity, cleanliness, and organization according to standards.
• Other Duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Experience with Electronics or SMT required.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components and performing precision tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of basic electronics concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work with small parts.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
