Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Assembler for a top manufacturing client in the foodservice technology industry. This role entails hands-on assembly of small electronic and mechanical components in a fast-paced production environment, following detailed instructions and rigorous quality checks.

Ideal candidates have prior assembly experience, are comfortable with small parts, and can maintain high productivity while upholding safety and organization in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Assembly experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with small parts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow work instructions exactly.
• Able to keep up with a high pace of work.
• Experience with PCB board assembly and wiring.
• Basic soldering knowledge (wires/cables).

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies, PCB boards, and hardware into final products.
• Follow detailed process sheets and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Perform quality checks and visual inspections.
• Install basic software and test finished products.
• Label and inspect components for accuracy and defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Support other production areas as needed.
