Job summary

val's services is seeking a dedicated technician to join a team focused on manufacturing and testing high-precision electronic inspection systems. You will work with small parts, read drawings and work instructions, and assemble mechanical components with careful attention to detail.

The role involves soldering, material mixing and curing, measurements, data entry, and ensuring conformance to specs while following non-conformance procedures after training.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and computer literacy is required.
• Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools, soldering, and using a Volt-Ohm Meter.

Responsibilities

• Use small hand tools and perform soldering in accordance with industry standards.
• Mix, apply materials, and monitor curing processes.
• Select and use appropriate fittings, assemble mechanical parts, and create labels based on drawings.
• Conduct material audits and build cable/harness assemblies per specifications.
• Understand and comply with non-conformance processes after training.
