Job summary

val's services is seeking a Microelectronics Manufacturing Assembler to assemble microelectronic components with high precision, including hybrids and ICs, in a controlled cleanroom.

You will perform die attach, wire bonding, and surface-mount assembly under magnification, interpret blueprints, operate specialized equipment, and uphold ESD and ITAR procedures to protect delicate parts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of microelectronic assembly or semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow strict protocols.
• US person due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble microelectronic components with high precision.
• Perform die attach, wire bonding, and surface-mount assembly under magnification.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Operate automated wire bonders and eutectic die attach systems.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and contamination control.
• Follow ESD protocols to protect sensitive components.
