Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking an experienced assembler and machine operator to perform a wide range of electronic and mechanical assembly tasks. The role involves following detailed drawings, operating bonding equipment, and ensuring quality throughout production.

The candidate will train on first shift and move to second shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) with a 6% shift premium after training. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent manual dexterity and manufacturing knowledge.
• Able to read and work from engineer drawings and bills of materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a precision mindset.
• Experience with small parts, tools, and microscopes is required.
• FOD control knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic/electro-mechanical components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Operate bonding equipment for thermosonic gold/wire bonding under microscopes.
• Perform quality checks throughout manufacturing processes.
• Work with QA and process engineers to meet strict specifications.
• Support training and assist with various assembly tasks.
