Job summary

Tri-Mack Plastics seeks an Assembly & Bonding Technician for the 2nd shift. You will perform part assembly, bonding, testing, and screening with attention to blueprints and tolerances, while maintaining paperwork and safety standards.

The role requires manual dexterity, ability to read blueprints, and effective communication. It offers a 2nd shift with differential pay and benefits as described by the company.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and interpreting specifications.
• Experience with measuring tools.
• Manual dexterity with small hand tools for tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, bond, test and screen parts per specifications.
• Use small hand tools as required.
• Follow work instructions for assemblies.
• Work around odors from plastics epoxies and resins.
• Complete paperwork neatly and thoroughly.
• Inspect work against blueprints using measuring equipment.
• Pursue opportunities to learn new skills across departments.
• Assist Production in other jobs as requested.
• Uphold Tri-Mack values: Respect, Teamwork, Integrity, Accountability, Durability.
• Adhere to AS9100 requirements per instructions and supervisor.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
