Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years in electronics assembly and repair.
• 3 years of BGA removal and replacement experience.
• 2-4 years experience operating surface mount machines is desired.

Mansioni

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to drawings or instructions.
• Perform soldering and rework on SMT components down to 0201 package sizes.
• Repair damaged circuits and SMT pads; inspect with microscope.
• Follow SOPs and documentation; maintain high quality workmanship (IPC 610 class 3+).
