The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on electronics assembly, focus on SMT and through-hole soldering, and the ability to read schematics. Certifications such as IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on electronics assembly and SMT/through-hole soldering.
• Sit or stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Populate PCBs with components using automated and manual processes.
• Perform high-precision hand soldering for through-hole and SMT components.
• Read assembly drawings, BOMs, and schematics to verify component orientation.
• Inspect assemblies under magnification against IPC-A-610 and perform rework as needed.
• Log production data and maintain soldering tools and equipment.
