The ideal candidate has 4+ years of SMT experience, knowledge of IPC-610 standards, and strong communication skills to report findings and collaborate with supervisors and team members.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of SMT experience.
• Familiar with SMT components and assembly process.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate automated SMT equipment including screen printer, pick-and-place, and reflow ovens.
• Interpret IPC-610 standards for acceptance criteria.
• Read prints and color codes on wires and components.
