Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, mechanical or electronics assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with manual assembly, press-fit, board mounting, and leak testing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and ability to work under magnification.
• Physical ability to handle small parts, stand, lift, bend, and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules, procedures, drawings, and instructions.
• Assemble components using hand tools, fixtures, and aids.
• Perform mechanical and board mounting operations with press equipment.
• Install hardware, covers, and enclosures, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Use microscopes and measuring tools for inspection and assembly of small parts.
• Conduct leak testing and verify assembly quality.
• Report issues, complete documentation, and perform final packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to 6S policies.
• Support cross-training and perform various assembly tasks as needed.
