Job summary

val's services is seeking an Assembler II Operator to perform manual Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and automated testing on electronic products, ensuring quality and functionality. You will assemble products following detailed work instructions, use assembly tools, and handle packaging and palletizing tasks.

The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, adhering to quality standards such as Q50 and IPC-A-610, and the ability to interpret instructions and safety warnings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic components, ESD handling, and testing standards.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds, perform manual dexterity tasks, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to interpret instructions, safety warnings, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing to verify product performance.
• Assemble products using mechanical drawings, diagrams, and instructions.
• Prepare and pack products, manage packaging materials, and load pallets.
• Recognize deviations from standard practices and escalation issues.
• Maintain regular attendance to support workflow and quality assurance.
• Perform additional duties to ensure high-quality product verification.
