Job summary

ElectroCraft in Michigan seeks an experienced Electronic Assembler to join our production team, focusing on motion control, drives, and feedback devices. You will hand-solder, assemble, test, and rework components while following drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Read technical drawings, build wiring harnesses, test with fixtures, and install assemblies into chassis enclosures. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, solid problem-solving, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electronic assembly and hand soldering.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience building and testing wiring harnesses preferred.
• Familiar with basic test fixtures and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Hand-solder wires and cables to PCBAs and perform rework as needed.
• Assemble and test electronic components, subassemblies, wiring harnesses, and finished products.
• Solder resistors, capacitors, transformers, transistors, and ICs.
• Read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Build wiring harnesses and connect leads to connectors.
• Test finished products using fixtures and identify defects.
• Install finished assemblies into chassis enclosures.
• Maintain tools and a safe, organized workspace.
