Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, production, or related technical environments.
• Experience assembling or testing mechanical/electro-mechanical products.
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components according to procedures.
• Perform functional testing and inspection of assemblies.
• Follow quality processes in a regulated environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations on testing and improvements.
• Assist with process validation and documentation.
• Interpret verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain production records and complete documentation.
• Utilize Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
