Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or technical cert preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, precision manufacturing, or system integration.
• Strong ability to read drawings, schematics, and SOPs; attention to tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical & electrical assembly of sub-assemblies and full systems on the production floor.
• Wiring, crimping, soldering, and terminating cables per specifications.
• Read engineering drawings, CAD prints, and electrical schematics accurately.
• Follow SOPs and log discrepancies; raise redlines to engineering as needed.
• Inspect first-article builds with calipers, micrometers, and meters for tolerances.
• Verify BOM accuracy and report missing parts; support inventory checks.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to resolve issues.
