Job summary

Elbit America is seeking an assembler to build, repair, rework, and align complex mechanical and electrical assemblies. The role requires reading blueprints, maintaining tight tolerances, and performing precision soldering as needed.

You will use gauges, micrometers, and test equipment to verify angles, fits, and calibrations, while logging results and contributing to continuous improvement in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school education or equivalent to read, write, and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Minimum 6–12 months of related experience to qualify.
• May require soldering school and calibration procedure certification.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, rework, and align complex assemblies with tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot form, fit, or function issues in assemblies.
• Use fixtures to achieve drilling/alignment; maintain accuracy.
• Solder small spaces and temperature-sensitive components precisely.
• Maintain logs and contribute to continuous improvement.
