Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to use common hand and electronic assembly tools safely.
• High attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to stand/walk/bend for the duration of your shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components from drawings and procedures.
• Work under a microscope for complex assemblies as required.
• Apply lean practices to reduce bottlenecks and waste.
• Document non-conformances and support corrective actions.
• Assist with cycle count and inventory tasks.
• Pick inventory parts to fill manufacturing needs.
• Perform other activities as assigned.
