Job summary

Eaton’s PSD Power Systems Division is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler - 1st Shift in Colorado. The role offers hourly pay of $21.00–$24.00 with shift 6am–2:30pm Mon–Fri, and pay progressions with potential for advancement.

You will assemble switchgear and related products, follow drawings, perform in-process inspections, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet customer specs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• No relocation benefit offered; must reside within 50 miles of the work location.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration nor provide CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related visa support.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchgear and related products according to drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications; ship accordingly.
• Perform standard in-process inspections and coordinate with Quality Engineering as needed.
• Cross-check work with traveler to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Assist in resolving production issues and revising instructions for process improvements.
• Read and follow written work instructions; maintain and account for tools/equipment.
