Job summary

Manpower is partnering with a Fort Collins electronics manufacturer to hire an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a temp-to-hire role. The position requires hands-on assembly work on electronic products with first shift training before moving to second shift, where a 15% shift premium applies. Pay is $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications include prior electro-mechanical assembly experience and knowledge of ESD procedures. Reading drawings and schematics, plus soldering, are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience required.
• Strong understanding of ESD procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Soldering experience is preferred; SAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations on components and subassemblies to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Follow method sheets, blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble, modify, rework, and repair products.
• Identify and address assembly-related issues and nonconformances.
• Utilize ESD procedures and quality control practices throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement.
• Follow safety, quality, and ISO standards; assist in training new team members.
