Job summary

TransMedics, Inc. is seeking an entry-level to mid-level assembler in Andover, MA to perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies using standard documentation.

You'll contribute to meeting production targets while maintaining safety and quality, and collaborate with teammates to keep the production line pace and output up. Candidates should have 1–2 years in assembly and the ability to read basic instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years in electro-mechanical assembly or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Ability to assemble parts using hand tools and/or power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical sub-assemblies per documentation.
• Meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Maintain kanban stock and alert when materials run low.
