Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing assembly; electronics background preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized workflows.
• Capable of lifting 25–40 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies using hand tools and fixtures.
• Perform wiring, cable prep, and connector install to spec.
• Interpret work orders, BOMs, drawings and schematics.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Maintain 5S workspace and adhere to safety and ESD policies.
