Job summary

Lonestar Integrated Solutions is seeking a Pre-Fabrication Assembler to support fabrication, assembly, and preparation of commercial electrical components in a shop environment near Houston, TX. You will produce repeatable assemblies per blueprints and project specs to support field installation.

This role focuses on preparing assemblies, labeling, and documentation, collaborating with shop managers and engineers, and ensuring quality workmanship in a controlled setting.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and layout drawings.
• Experience with conduit preparation and bending.
• Proficient with standard hand and power tools for electrical fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble commercial electrical pre-fabricated components per drawings and specs.
• Measure, cut, bend, and prepare conduit for assemblies.
• Assemble and pre-wire devices, boxes, brackets, and hardware into complete assemblies.
• Label, sort, and package finished assemblies for delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized fabrication areas and follow safety protocols.
