Job summary

SHURE STAR LLC is seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our manufacturing team in Auburn Hills, MI. You will construct and wire electrical control panels and enclosures based on provided drawings, ensuring safety and reliability across industrial applications.

You will read schematics, assemble components with hand tools and drills, and perform testing and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality panels. Prior experience in electronics assembly and mechanical fabrication is valued.

Qualifications

Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
Experience building electrical control panels and enclosures.
Familiarity with PLCs and their integration in panels.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to assemble control panels.
Build electrical panels by installing components such as circuit boards, relays, and terminal blocks.
Wire electrical components according to diagrams with proper routing and labeling.
Troubleshoot electrical and electro-mechanical issues using meters and diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with engineering to follow specifications and modify designs for feasibility.
Conduct quality inspections to meet industry standards.
