Qualifications

• 1–3 years of electrical panel building or related electrical trade experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Experience using wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, taps, and similar tools.
• Attention to wire routing, color coding, and component placement.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training in electricity/electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and mount switches, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, PLCs, and terminal blocks in panels and enclosures.
• Route, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires according to schematics and diagrams.
• Measure, drill, tap, and cut enclosures and back panels for component installation.
• Inspect finished panels for wiring accuracy, placement, and structural integrity before testing.
• Apply wire markers, component tags, and terminal labels per engineering docs.
• Keep the work area organized and follow site safety and PPE requirements.
