Aspire Talent Solutions seeks an Electrical Panel Assembly Technician for a full-time manufacturing role in Manchester, CT. You will build and wire electrical control panels from schematics and blueprints, then inspect your work for accuracy and quality.

This hands-on position requires wiring skills, the ability to read schematics and bills of materials, and careful adherence to safety protocols while using common tools like wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and drills.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years in electrical panel building or related electrical trade.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints and BOMs.
• Experience with common hand/tools for wiring and assembly.
• Attention to wire routing, color coding and component placement.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks.
• Diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and mount components in panels and enclosures.
• Route, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires per schematics.
• Measure, drill, tap, and cut enclosures and back panels.
• Inspect panels for wiring accuracy and structural integrity.
• Apply wire markers, tags, and labels per documentation.
• Maintain organized work area and follow safety PPE rules.
