Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and BOMs.
• 1–3 years of panel building or related electrical trade experience.
• Ability to lay out and assemble in enclosures with proper wire routing.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lay out and mount components in panels and enclosures.
• Route, strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires per diagrams.
• Measure, drill, tap, and cut enclosures and back panels.
• Inspect finished panels for wiring accuracy and placement.
• Apply wire markers and labels per documentation.
• Follow safety PPE requirements and keep a clean work area.
