Control Panels USA in Texas is seeking Assembly Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team. You will lay out, assemble, and wire electrical control panels and relay racks.

The role requires 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience; HS diploma or GED; ability to read schematics; and a reliable, detail-oriented mindset. This is a full-time on-site position with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of electrical theory is a plus, but trainable.
• Ability to read schematics is beneficial and teachable.

Responsibilities

• Assembling parts and components using hand and power tools.
• Cut and connect cables and/or wires to panels.
• Label wires and components as well as install tags and associated labels on the panel boxes.
• Install company name plates and any identification labels and/or tags.
• Measure parts to determine tolerances, using measuring instruments
• Aid with inspecting, testing, point to point, adjusting and correcting issues found in testing to ensure units meet specifications, tolerances and customer requirements.
• Study and learn to read schematics in order to diagnose issues with drawings and functionality of the panels.
