Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with CNC EDM Wire and/or Sinker machines.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Fanuc CNC controls.
• Direct experience utilizing GTR software for EDM applications.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Complete setups of EDM machines with correct tooling and fixtures.
• Operate EDM machinery using Fanuc controls and GTR software.
• Inspect components with precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and software issues in the manufacturing process.
