Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong Wire EDM experience to join its production team. This hands-on role requires setting up, programming, and operating CNC equipment with minimal supervision to produce high-precision components from complex drawings.

The successful candidate will read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, perform in-process and final inspections, and maintain documentation while adhering to quality standards in an onsite

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience programming and editing G-Code.
• Experience with CNC mills and lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating Wire EDM machines.
• Strong shop math, trigonometry, and manufacturing tolerances.
• Experience using precision measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Responsabilités

Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinistwith strong Wire EDM experience to join its production team. This role is ideal for a hands-on machinist who can independently set up, program, and operate CNC equipment with minimal training.

The successful candidate will have experience producing high-precision components while maintaining strict quality standards and working from complex engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Program and edit G-Code at the machine control.
• Complete production documentation and quality records.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Makino equipment.
• Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls.
• Experience machining ceramic or other specialty materials.
• Experience using EDM software such as Mastercam or Esprit.
• Background in precision manufacturing, aerospace, tooling, mold, die, or similar industries.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to safely perform machining operations in a manufacturing environment.
