Zusammenfassung

Delta Technologies is seeking an EDM Machinist to program and operate high-precision CNC machinery in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team. You will read blueprints, set feeds and speeds, secure parts, measure with calipers and micrometers, and ensure parts meet specifications while following safety and quality procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior EDM operator experience; Mastercam knowledge is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Reading blueprints or job orders to obtain product specifications (dimensions and tolerances).
• Setting specified feeds, speeds and depth of cut, in accordance with product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Observing operation and verifying conformance of machined parts to specifications using measuring tools.

Aufgaben

• Positioning and securing work pieces to holding devices, machine tables, chucks, centers or fixtures.
• Working with stainless and high temp alloys.
• Adhering to safety rules, manufacturing/quality procedures and company policies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
