Job summary

IMTT is seeking a Drumming Operator to ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipment, operating drum and tote filling systems, and coordinating with the control room and maintenance teams. The role requires safety training, forklift operation, and accurate documentation.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with shifts in a 24/7 operation including nights and weekends. This is an hourly, non-exempt position; travel may be required occasionally, and a valid TWIC is mandatory for access to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• TWIC credential is required for access to IMTT’s terminal locations.
• If certified, participate in the terminal emergency response organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated drum and tote fillers to transfer bulk liquids.
• Physically connect rail cars and trucks to transfer lines.
• Verify weights on drum/tote fills using scales and fill orders.
• Assist in generating filling documentation and handling shipping tasks.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Operate forklift and use scanners for drum/tote movement.
