Responsibilities

• Obtain intake paperwork from new clients.
• Detailed data entry related to intake and authorization requests.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets.
• Follow up with physician offices for documentation needed.
• Contact insurance companies to verify benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Assist Executive Administrator/Office Manager with projects and administrative tasks.
• Filing and maintaining physical and digital records.
• Answer phones and communicate with warmth and professionalism.
• Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines are followed.
