Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Content Publisher to manage the staging, QA, scheduling and publishing of approved content across Sitecore, Staffbase, Marketo, SharePoint and other channels. The role works with Integrated Producers, Content Editors and Compliance to ensure accuracy and timely publication.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in digital publishing or related fields, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital publishing, web production, content operations or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Ability to publish content across multiple platforms with consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Stage, schedule and publish approved content across Sitecore, Staffbase, Marketo, SharePoint and other platforms.
• Perform pre-publish QA on copy, links, imagery, formatting and metadata.
• Conduct quality-control checks against source content to ensure accuracy of published experiences.
• Confirm all legal, compliance and substantiation approvals are in place before publication.
• Publish and maintain content across corporate websites, newsroom, email and internal channels.
• Execute time-sensitive publishing per editorial calendars and launch times.
• Collaborate with Producers to understand publishing requirements and priorities.
• Troubleshoot routine platform and formatting issues and escalate when deeper help is needed.
• Support updates and maintenance of published content with version control.
• Identify opportunities to improve publishing processes and reduce errors.
