Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Dental Technician to bring lab‑level finishing expertise into a high‑precision manufacturing setting. You will perform post milling finishing, blending, contouring, and surface refinement to ensure components meet final specifications, serving as the bridge between machined parts and final quality.

The role requires attention to detail, English proficiency, and experience with small components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a Dental Technician or in a similar high‑precision art manufacturing process.
• Basic understanding of dental anatomy; CDT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision finishing, blending and surface refinement on small, high‑tolerance components.
• Operate handheld tools and foot-pedal devices to support finishing tasks.
• Conduct in‑process inspection and assist with QC as needed.
• Maintain safety, 5S practices and participate in Kaizen improvements.
