Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working as a Dental Technician or experience working within similar or equivalent high-precision artistic manufacturing process.
• General understanding of dental anatomy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort and manage incoming cases to prepare items for finalization.
• Operate small handheld power, impact, or vibratory tools for finishing and detailing.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist with material preparation.
• Conduct final inspections, packaging, and labeling of finished products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
• Support Kaizen process improvements and continuous manufacturing improvements.
• Identify and elevate quality concerns to management.
• Maintain safety compliance and 5S housekeeping.
