Job summary

Commonwealth Rolled Products is seeking an On-Time Delivery Specialist to join its Supply Chain Team in Lewisport, KY. You will ensure deliveries meet customer and bank requirements from the hot line through final delivery, coordinating with production scheduling and customer service to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus relevant experience in scheduling/planning/operations.
• 2+ years of scheduling/planning/operations experience.
• Excellent computer skills; experience with mainframe systems and Oracle preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, planning, organizing, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve department outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain zero-incident safety culture and uphold safety values.
• Lead with Commonwealth Rolled Products core values: Safety Matters, One Team, Customer Focus, Own Excellence.
• Meet customer delivery and bank requirements from hot line to final delivery, including toll.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling to ensure material supply meets customer needs.
• Maintain and update horizontal plans and KPI dashboards (stagnant lots, shortages, overages).
• Act as primary contact with customer service teams and support toll locations.
• Develop and maintain hot line ABS model for Three-Week Production Plan.
• Monitor and address aged inventory and project delivery performance for current week + 2.
• Support month-end activities and escalation list; assist Supply Chain Leadership.
