Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Deburring Operator to set up tooling and equipment for Deburring and Tapping machines, ensuring production readiness and quality.

You will train operators, monitor processes, perform inspections, and implement improvements while following the quality program and paperwork requirements. This onsite role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)
• 1+ years’ related experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality checks
• Willingness to train others and work in a team

Responsibilities

• Set up Deburring/Tapping machines for production
• Install, adjust, and align tooling for operations
• Analyze machine/process problems and implement solutions
• Support engineering changes per quality program
• Monitor processes to improve productivity and quality
• Ensure materials at machines and workstations are correct and available
• Perform inspections to verify product quality
• Assist and train operators in inspection techniques
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean
• Instruct operators on setup, operation, and documentation
• Report and prevent equipment and process issues
• Plan ahead for smooth transitions between jobs
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely
• May train new employees in absence of lead or supervisor
