Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a deburring operator in Twinsburg, OH, to remove burrs and sharp edges from machined components. The role uses handheld tools and deburring machines within a dedicated work‑cell, following process sheets and blueprints to meet quality standards.

You will set up production machines, adjust settings, and document measurements, while contributing to safety, quality, productivity and 6S initiatives. Strong reading of English instructions is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manual machining or deburring.
• Ability to read instructions and blueprints in English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Identify burrs and remove them using hand tools and deburring machines.
• Set up and operate multiple production machines.
• Inspect own work and maintain quality records.
• Enter data into ERP system and annotate quality documentation.
• Contribute to safety, quality and 6S improvements within the work cell.
