Job summary

ARC Products Global is seeking an Operator / Deburr Technician to support our production team on site in South Carolina. The role involves operating equipment, deburring machined components, and performing visual quality inspections to ensure components meet specs.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of following written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training on processes and tooling will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and inspection skills.
• Able to read and interpret instructions, drawings, and blueprints.
• Experience or willingness to learn deburring and inspection tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors production machines per procedures.
• Performs deburring of machined parts using handheld pencil grinders.
• Visual inspection for burrs, defects, and quality issues.
• Maintains production quantities and quality to manager standards.
• Reads and follows work instructions, blueprints, and specs.
