Job summary

Staffmark Group in Corona, CA is hiring a Deburring Associate to support manufacturing operations. You will perform deburring with hand and power tools, set up equipment, load/unload parts, and inspect finished components to ensure quality.

This is a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule with competitive hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00 and a team-focused environment. The role requires a high school diploma and prior manufacturing or deburring experience is preferred; willingness to cross-train and follow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring operations using hand tools, power tools, sanding equipment, and tumble deburring machines.
• Set up and operate deburring equipment according to work instructions and specifications.
• Load and unload parts, deburring media, cleaners, and drying materials.
• Read job orders and tooling instructions to determine required deburring processes.
• Inspect finished parts visually and by touch to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
• Notify leads, supervisors, or quality personnel when corrective action is needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain production flow and meet established performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-train in other departments and assist with additional production tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Area Lead, Shop Manager, or management team.
