Qualifications

• 3 years of experience required in manufacturing or deburring
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient with measuring tools and reading blueprints

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined components using hand tools, power tools, abrasives, and deburring equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications accurately
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and workmanship using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical inspection equipment
• Identify and report nonconforming parts or quality issues to management
• Perform final cleaning and preparation of parts prior to inspection, assembly, or shipment
• Maintain accurate production and quality records and follow all safety procedures with PPE
• Keep work areas organized and support continuous improvement initiatives
