Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a 2nd shift deburr/ machinist to identify and remove burrs from machined components. You will set up and operate manual machines and hand tools to produce precision parts within a work-cell environment.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, following setup sheets, and ensuring quality and safety while contributing to 6S, safety, and productivity improvements. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience with manual manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove burrs, sharp edges, and raised material from machined components.
• Set up and operate multiple manual machines and hand tools.
• Follow quality and safety rules and maintain clean, orderly work area.
• Enter data into ERP and support continuous improvement activities.
