Responsibilities

• Follow job routers to know exactly how each part should be processed
• Read blueprints to identify required angles, radii, chamfers, and surface finishes
• Deburr parts by hand, using magnification up to 10X when needed
• Texturize surfaces to meet appearance or roughness specifications (RA)
• Keep pace with production goals while maintaining strong quality standards
• Handle parts with care to prevent nicks, scratches, or other damage
• Use tools like air and electric grinders, buffing wheels, speed lathes, and belt sanders
• Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized
