Eaton is seeking a Deburrer for the 3rd shift at our North Charleston, SC facility. The role focuses on deburring complex parts, visually inspecting for defects, and maintaining productivity and safety standards, with training responsibilities for junior staff.

Core hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday through Friday. The position offers hourly pay with a shift differential and emphasizes compliance with customer specifications and internal drawings.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Relocation is not offered; reside within 50 miles of N. Charleston, SC facility (zip 29418).
• 1 year of prior work experience.
• Preferred: machining, deburring, honing or lapping in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Perform repetitive manual deburring and polishing operations in quality compliance while following process steps.
• Rework parts damaged in the manufacturing process.
• Follow control/ process plan to select deburr tools and read/ follow process sketches or control plans.
• Deburr outside of required parts and inspect for proper finish and flatness.
• Set up and operate the coining press and drill press machines; maintain productivity and safety standards.
