Ushers / Aalberts surface technologies-machining solutions seeks a dedicated Deburring Technician for its Pelham Road CNC shop in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on deburring, finishing, and precision inspection to ensure flawless turbine components.

Prior CNC experience in aerospace/industrial sectors is preferred. This full-time, first-shift position offers growth in a high-tech industrial gas turbine environment with strong quality standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must possess a verifiable high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Sufficient ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience in deburring, finishing, or a similar role in CNC machine shop
• Follows safety and quality policies
• Strong attention to detail and precision

Responsibilities

• Deburring and finishing machined components to remove burrs and sharp edges
• Perform precision inspection with QC team to ensure parts meet specifications
• Handle deburring tools and equipment with care and accuracy
• Safeguard parts and prepare for next production phase
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to maintain quality
